Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

House of Orange is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or misdelivered packages once they have been transferred to the shipping carrier.

This includes:

  • Packages marked as delivered by the carrier but not received
  • Stolen packages
  • Incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout
  • Carrier delays due to weather, holidays, or operational issues

If your package is lost or marked delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses may not be eligible for replacement or refund.

Returned Packages

Damaged Orders
